A former Virginia truck driver who was acquitted of homicide by vehicle charges for a Lancaster County crash that killed a father and his 2-year-old son must still pay $75 in traffic violation fines, a state appeals court panel ruled Wednesday. Mawuyrayrassuna Noviho had urged the Superior Court judges to overturn those fines and summary traffic convictions imposed by county Judge David L. Ashworth for the November 2012 accident on Route 222 in Manheim Township.
