A Dallas man has pleaded guilty to his role in a scheme to steal and pawn nearly $100,000 worth of wedding ring sets from a Dallas military exchange. Arthur Lee Hightower II was accused of scheming with his ex-wife and their two sons to steal rings from the Army and Air Force Exchange Service.
