Tim Woods says that he usually keeps an eye out for an unusual activity as he spoke at the service area on the Kansas Turnpike outside of Topeka, Kansas. The state of Kansas will partner with a Truckers Against Trafficking campaign to encourage truck drivers to report any salacious activity they see.
