A Florida truck driver was charged with reckless driving Monday evening when his truck struck another vehicle during a lane change, triggering a three-vehicle crash. According to Virginia State Police, Rodriguez G. Camilo, 28, of Hialeah, Fla., was northbound at mile marker 91 on Interstate 81 when he changed lanes, striking the rear of a northbound 2011 Chevrolet Silverado.
