WL Byers and Southern Pines announced that the two trucking companies will combine in an equal partnership under the Southern Pines name offering services in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. David Byers will be named the president of Southern Pines, with Pat Gallagher taking on the duties of chief executive officer.
