Crews with the Idaho Transportation Department remove tree limbs from an overturned tanker truck full of raw sewage on Wednesday on the northbound, right-hand shoulder of Highway 95, just north of Lancaster Road. The 53-year-old driver, Rock Gabbard of Coeur d'Alene, drifted off the road while driving northbound around 9:15 a.m. Gabbard died on scene.
