Elion Partners learned on Feb. 8 that the residents living on Cottage Road and on Lorenzo Road were having troubles with trucks, and had complained to the City Council the night before. It seems the truck drivers who were headed to construction sites and businesses in the RidgePort Logistics Center were finding out too late they couldn't turn onto Kavanaugh Road as instructed by their GPS units, and hit the first place they could conceive a turn-around maneuver – the intersection of Lorenzo and Cottage, or the parking lot at the old Lorenzo school.
