Prestolite Electric is offering the Leece-Neville PowerPro and PowerPro Extreme, two new high-torque, high-power starters for medium- and heavy-duty engines.
The PowerPro and PowerPro Extreme 12- and 24-volt starters are engineered to provide starting power for 12- to 40-liter engines. Each starter includes several features to help reduce operating and maintenance costs and increase vehicle uptime, including high-torque, high-power designs, planetary gear reduction, rotatable flanges, and soft start relays.
The PowerPro and PowerPro Extreme product line features four models – PowerPro 5, PowerPro 7, PowerPro 7.5 and PowerPro Extreme 10 – that offer coverage of heavy-duty engines from top manufacturers.
PowerPro 5 for medium- and heavy-duty diesel engines up to 11L
