A. Yes, it is required that the inspected driver’s profile and the unidentified driver profile be available as separate reports during a roadside inspection. It can either be presented as a printout or on a display.

If there are no unidentified driver records existing on the ELD for the current 24-hour period or for any of the previous seven consecutive days, there is no need to present unidentified driver records to the inspector.
