PTS Worldwide, which transports sensitive Department of Defense property including ammunition and explosives, in interstate commerce is petitioning the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to allow its team drivers to split sleeper berth time into 6/4, 5/5 or 4/6 hours.
