Three More Companies Settle in ‘Hot Fuel’ Suits

Three companies, Walmart (and its Sam’s Club subsidiary), Valero Energy Corp. and Casey’s General Stores have joined the ranks of businesses settling “hot fuel” lawsuits, reports the Kansas City Star.
